我院引进中药抽出机制备汤剂,不但满足了患者的需要,而且使中药汤剂得到更广泛应用,但煎药工艺合理与否直接影响汤剂质量及临床疗效。现对中药抽出机制备汤剂的影响因素进行考察,以黄芩水煎出物为指标,选择与传统经验相应的因素,通过正交设计比较,得出最佳工艺条件。1 药品与仪器 药品为黄芩中药饮片,无水乙醇(分析醇):
