应用电镜研究人胎盘滋养细胞的超微结构,虽早有报道,但对细胞滋养细胞的电子致密度有着完全不同的描写。电子致密度低、淡(多)或高、深(少)。本文对此作了动态的观察。材料和方法:人流和自然产获取人胎盘标本67例。自最后月经带一周计起,以周龄计算。从5周至41周(缺个别周次),每个周次取材2~6例。每份标本取5处;中,晚期胎盘分子面与母面取材。常规电镜标本制备。半薄切片选区,三级终末绒毛。超薄切片。JEM——100CxⅡ电镜观察。照片电子光学放大2.700~40.000倍对比研究。
Electron microscopy of human placental trophoblast ultrastructure has long been reported, but the electron density of cytotrophoblasts have completely different description. Electronic density is low, light (more) or high, dark (less). This article made a dynamic observation. Materials and Methods: 67 cases of human placenta were obtained from abortion and natural products. Since the last menstrual zone with a week count, calculated in weeks age.
