目的：探讨Ｉｇ样蛋白的表达与恶性肿瘤分化及增殖细胞核抗原（ｐｒｏｌｉｆｅｒａｔｉｎｇｃｅｌｎｕｃｌｅａｒａｎｔｉｇｅｎ，ＰＣＮＡ）的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学方法对３２例乳腺癌、大肠癌、胃癌等上皮性恶性肿瘤及相应正常组织细胞内Ｉｇ样蛋白的表达与肿瘤分化、增殖细胞核抗原表达的相关性进行了分析。结果：Ｉｇ样蛋白与ＰＣＮＡ在这些肿瘤细胞内都呈阳性反应，而在相应的正常组织细胞内这两种蛋白表达很少或不表达，但依肿瘤的分化程度不同，其阳性强度也不同，即呈现分化程度越高，其阳性强度越弱的趋势。结论：说明Ｉｇ样蛋白的表达与恶性肿瘤分化及增殖细胞核抗原的表达呈明显的相关性
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of Ig-like protein and the differentiation of malignant tumors and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). METHODS: The correlation between Ig-like protein expression and tumor differentiation and proliferating cell nuclear antigen expression in epithelial malignant tumors and corresponding normal tissues of 32 cases of breast cancer, colon cancer, and gastric cancer was analyzed by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: Ig-like protein and PCNA were positive in these tumor cells. However, these two proteins showed little or no expression in the corresponding normal tissue cells. However, depending on the degree of tumor differentiation, the positive intensity was also different. That is, the higher the degree of differentiation, the weaker the positive strength. Conclusions: The expression of Ig-like protein is significantly correlated with the differentiation of malignant tumors and the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen.
