别看香港面积不大,米其林餐厅却有几十家之多。2015年,香港获得米其林三星肯定的餐厅有5家,二星的有14家,一星的更有45家之多。人气微信公众号美食作者羽辛在香港7天内吃掉了21颗星,这种体验还真不多见。在米其林三星遇到孤独美食家不同于多数坐落在海景边的米其林高级餐厅,厨魔竟然选址在一群破旧的居民楼中间,从餐厅落地窗望出去全是居民楼的窗户和晾晒的衣服。而来厨魔用餐的也大多是当地人,穿着随意。印象最深的是一位穿着掉色poo衫和短裤的老人坐在窗边一个人享用丰盛的套餐,
