成型电极设计与制造是带冠整体涡轮叶盘电火花加工的关键技术之一。以自主开发的整体涡轮叶盘电火花加工专用CAD/CAM系统TBCam和UGIINX作为辅助工具,详细介绍了某型号涡轮发动机带冠弯扭涡轮叶盘电火花加工电极的设计过程和制造工艺。其中,电极设计包括弯扭叶片的三维实体造型、弯扭叶盘的整体造型、电极型面的设计和电极零件的后处理等;制造工艺部分详述了电极线切割加工和数控铣削加工的完整工艺过程。
Forming electrode design and manufacturing is the crown with the whole turbine blade EDM one of the key technologies. In this paper, the design process and manufacturing process of the EDM electrode with curved and twisted turbine disk with a crown in a certain type of turbine engine are introduced in detail with TBCam and UGIINX, the special CAD / CAM system for turbine blade EDM, developed by ourselves. Among them, the electrode design includes bending the three-dimensional solid blade shape, bending the overall shape of the leaf disc, the electrode surface design and the electrode parts of the post-processing; manufacturing process in detail the electrode wire cutting and CNC milling complete crafting process.
