融洽的师生关系是教师进行教学,学生进行学习的基础,在师生之间建立起良好的互动关系,构成一个互动交流的平台,能够在一定程度上将学生的学习积极性充分调动起来,提高课堂教学效率。本文通过对师生互动交流必要性的阐述,对构建师生互动交流提出了一点建议,希望这些策略能够给教师带来启发,在学习过程中使学生主动参与学习,发挥学生的主体地位,使师生之间的关系和谐,教学成果有显著的提高。
