林军(化名),52岁,某部队医院呼吸科副主任医师。感染原因:2003年4月11日,抽调回非典病房,主动接治重病号,迅速感染。现状:肺纤维化,十处骨坏死、左股骨头塌陷,未做工伤鉴定。现住北京小汤山医院。
