9月23日,国家工商总局再次发布违法广告公告,对遵义妇产女子医院医疗广告、珊瑚七十味丸药品广告等十个严重违法广告进行公告。这是自全国整治虚假违法医药广告专项行动开展以来的第6次公告,也是该项行动进入总结阶段后的又一次警示和震慑。在此前9月11日召开的全国整治虚假违法医药广告专项行动新闻通气会上,总局还曾公布了各地查处的20个典型违法医药广告案件。
On September 23, SAIC again issued a public notice of illegal advertisement, announcing ten serious illegal advertisements such as medical advertisements for Zunyi Maternity Women’s Hospital, Coral Seventy Pills and other drug advertisements. This is the 6th announcement since the special campaign to rectify the false illegal drug advertisements nationwide and another warning and deterrent after the operation entered the conclusion phase. Earlier on September 11 at the National Rectification of False Illegal Medicine Advertising Special Action Press Conference, the General Office also announced around the 20 cases investigated and dealt with typical illegal drug advertising cases.
