随着国有煤炭企业管理水平的提高,绩效考核被越来越多的煤炭企业重视和应用。绩效考核作为人力资源管理的重要手段,在人员招聘、晋升、培训、奖励等方面发挥了巨大作用。但在实施中也出现了种种问题,影响了绩效考核的效果。本文从目前国有煤炭企业绩效考核现状入手,分析国有煤炭企业绩效考核存在的问题及原因,并据此提出了煤炭企业绩效考核的对策和建议。
With the improvement of management level of state-owned coal enterprises, performance appraisal has been valued and applied by more and more coal enterprises. As an important means of human resource management, performance appraisal has played a great role in recruiting, promotion, training and rewarding. However, problems have also appeared in the implementation, affecting the performance appraisal results. This paper starts with the current performance appraisal of state-owned coal enterprises, analyzes the existing problems and reasons of the performance appraisal of state-owned coal enterprises, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the performance appraisal of coal enterprises accordingly.
