目的:观察养营通痹汤治疗稳定型心绞痛心气不足、心血瘀阻证的临床疗效.方法:将44例稳定型心绞痛心气不足、心血瘀阻证患者,按照完全随机原则分为2组各22例,对照组采用单纯西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加养营通痹汤治疗.观察2组临床疗效及心电图疗效等.结果:临床疗效总有效率治疗组为86.4％,对照组为77.3％;心电图疗效总有效率治疗组为81.8％,对照组为63.6％,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).2组心绞痛积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:养营通痹汤联合西药治疗稳定型心绞痛的疗效优于单纯西药治疗.
