在深低温、低流量灌注结合中度血液稀释体外循环下手术治疗小儿法乐氏四联症１７ 例，全组无手术死亡，无低心排，随访３～３６ 个月，紫绀消失，心功能恢复正常。认为术中彻底纠正心脏畸形及围手术期注意保护和改善心肺功能是提高手术疗效的关键。
