采用钾碱和稀土氧化物为助剂,以氧化铝为载体,研制出低水碳比油田气转化催化剂Z416 。老化实验及各项性能对比结果表明,Z416 的还原性、活性和稳定性均优于英国催化剂ICI46 —9 ,抗碳性和破碎强度也达到了ICI46 —9 的水平。与本院已工业化的油田气转化下段催化剂Z413 W 搭配( 上、下段各占一半) 并和ICI46 —9/57 —3催化剂一起在低水碳比条件下进行500h 的加压运转评价,结果表明:Z416/Z413 W 组合催化剂的综合性能明显优于ICI46 —9/57 —3 。
Using potash and rare earth oxides as additives, with alumina as carrier, a low water-carbon ratio gas conversion catalyst Z416 was developed. The results of aging test and comparison of each performance show that the reducibility, activity and stability of Z416 are better than that of British catalyst ICI46-9, and the carbon resistance and crushing strength also reach the level of ICI46-9. It was evaluated with the ICU46-9 / 57-3 catalyst under the low water-to-carbon ratio of 500h for pressurization operation with the commercial Z413 W catalyst for lower gas-oil conversion : The comprehensive performance of Z416 / Z413 W composite catalyst is obviously better than that of ICI46 -9/57 -3.
