通过对EPS和PMMA材料的对比试验,研究了两种材料在100~300℃时的热变化;系统研究了两种材料在高温下的发气量与时间、发气量与温度的关系。结果表明,PMMA试样在150℃左右时有体积膨胀现象;PMMA的发气温度要比EPS高;PMMA在高温下的发气量、发气速度均比EPS的大。
By comparing the EPS and PMMA materials, the thermal changes of the two materials at 100 ~ 300 ℃ were studied. The relationship between the gas evolution and the time, the gas evolution and the temperature at two temperatures were systematically studied. The results show that the volume of PMMA sample expands at about 150 ℃, the temperature of PMMA is higher than that of EPS, and the gas evolution rate and the rate of gas evolution of PMMA are higher than that of EPS at high temperature.
