现阶段中国工业化发展面临“中国制造”处于国际分工低端、资源环境紧约束、产业自主创新能力弱、产业结构不合理、城乡二元结构矛盾突出、区域发展不平衡等问题,应从树立“质量和效益优先”的科学发展理念、大力发展新兴产业和战略性产业集群、提高产业自主创新能力、推进城乡联动改革、推动信息化与工业化深度融合、完善区域发展政策等方面着手,加快中国工业化进程,保障经济长期可持续发展。
At the current stage, China’s industrialization development faces “China manufacturing” at the low end of the international division of labor, tight constraints on resources and environment, weak industrial independent innovation capabilities, unreasonable industrial structure, prominent urban-rural dual structure conflicts, and unbalanced regional development issues. “Scientific development concepts such as quality and efficiency priority”, vigorously developing emerging industries and strategic industrial clusters, improving the ability of independent innovation of industry, promoting reform of urban-rural linkages, promoting deep integration of information and industrialization, and perfecting regional development policies, etc. Accelerate the process of China’s industrialization and ensure the long-term sustainable development of the economy.
