自1997年通用汽车正式落户上海,到1999年别克轿车开始批量生产;从2001年第10万辆别克轿车下线,到2009年别克品牌累计销量突破200万辆;从最初引进的别克新世纪轿车,到2010年别克英朗XT惊鸿问世进一步丰富产品线……短短的十几年时间,别克品牌不断创造着中国汽车市场的“别克速度”。上海通用别克不断推出融合中国文化意境,符合国人审美追求,颇具大家风范的车型,各系车型一经推出便风靡各自所处的细分市场。与此同时,上海通用别克也在努力提升售后服务品质,并于2002年创立了中国第一个汽车服务品牌——别克关怀Buick Care。作为国内最早创立的汽车售后服务品牌,“别克关怀”早已成为别克品牌整体竞争力的重要组成部分,对提升别克品牌形象,培养客户忠诚度,开拓新市场发挥着重要作用。我们知道,“别克关怀”首创了很多有特色的服务项目,例如每年多次举办爱车免费健诊活动,还有“星月服务”、一对一经理服务制、自助菜单式保养等,有些后来被很多厂家效仿,对国内汽车售后服务行业整体水平的提升起到了带头和推动的重要作用。本期“车主说服务”栏目,5位别克车主将现身说法,为我们讲述他们眼中的“别克关怀”。

We know that “Buick Cares” pioneered a number of distinctive service projects, such as holding free car health checkup activities many times a year, as well as “Xingyue Service”, one-on-one manager service system and self-service menu Maintenance, etc., some were later followed by many manufacturers, the domestic automobile service industry as a whole to enhance the level of the lead and promote the important role.
