水通道蛋白与耳的研究最近发展很快,它参与调节中耳和内耳的水平衡,对耳的听力和前庭功能起着重要作用。关于水通道蛋白是如何调节耳内的水平衡和影响耳正常功能的发挥,研究者投入了大量的研究工作,现就其亚型在耳内分布与表达的研究进展加以综述。
Recent studies of aquaporin and ear have developed rapidly and are involved in regulating the water balance in the middle ear and the inner ear, which plays an important role in hearing and vestibular function of the ear. Researchers have devoted a great deal of work on how aquaporin regulates the water balance in the ear and affects the normal function of the ear. The research progress on the distribution and expression of its subtypes in the ear is reviewed.
