以人为本理念的产生与发展,无论是在我国还是世界上都有着漫长悠久的发展历程和深厚的底蕴,而在这一发展过程中所形成的哲学内涵更是具有远大且深入的指导意义。经济法以维护社会的整体利益为核心,注重对社会经济的干预、调控和管理,这些都与以人为本理念相契合。伴随着经济发展速度的逐渐加快,各种利益之间的矛盾与冲突日益显现。在这样的情况下,如果单纯依靠传统的经济法理念显然是不够的,因此,对经济法以人为本理念的分析研究就十分必要。
The emergence and development of the people-oriented concept has a long and profound course of development and profound heritage both in our country and in the world. However, the philosophical connotation formed in this process of development is far-reaching and in-depth guiding significance. Economic law to safeguard the overall interests of society as the core, pay attention to social and economic intervention, regulation and management, which are consistent with the concept of people-oriented fit.
