目的:探讨急性睡眠剥夺(SD)对健康青年人心电图结果的影响。方法:选取40位健康青年人作为研究对象,分别在一晚正常睡眠(RS)后[平均睡眠时间(6.67±1.76)h]和一晚SD后【平均睡眠时间(1.25±0.74)h]测量心电图后【波峰期结束时间(TpTe)、QT间期(QTc)及TpTe/QT的变化结果:SD后校正TpTe、QTe.最大值、TpTe/QT分别为(77.9±6.7)ms、(409.5±19.1)ms、(0.189±0.014)ms,较RS(70.1±7.4)、(392.1±21.3)ms、(0.178±0.016)ms显著增加(均P<0.01)RS和SD后QTp间期分别为(299.4±18.5)ms和(294.6±19.0)ms,两者比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.233),结论:健康青年人在SD后TpTe、ot间期和TpTe/QT增加,其中TpTe增加比QT间期的增加更明显
Objective: To investigate the effect of acute sleep deprivation (SD) on ECG results of healthy young people. Methods: Forty healthy young adults were selected as subjects and measured after one night’s normal sleep (RS) [mean sleep time (6.67 ± 1.76) h] and after one night’s SD [average sleep time (1.25 ± 0.74) h] After electrocardiogram, the results of TpTe, QTc and TpTe / QT were: TpTe and QTe max, TpTe / QT were (77.9 ± 6.7) ms and (409.5 ± 19.1 ms, 0.189 ± 0.014 ms, significantly higher than those of RS (70.1 ± 7.4), (392.1 ± 21.3) ms and (0.178 ± 0.016) ms respectively (all P <0.01) 299.4 ± 18.5) ms and (294.6 ± 19.0) ms respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P = 0.233). Conclusion: TpTe, ot and TpTe / QT were increased in healthy young people, More than the QT interval increase more pronounced
