绍兴市工业科学设计研究院最近研制成功一种用于0.1兆帕以下的E级蒸汽锅炉的静重式安全阀,最近已通过技术鉴定,并将投入批量生产。目前,用于0.1兆帕(1kgf/cm~2)以下的E级蒸汽锅炉的安全装置,普遍采用0.1—0.2兆帕的弹簧式安全阀和水封装置,但弹簧式安全阀在0.1兆帕以下时,不能保证灵敏开启,使用亦不够安全。新研制成功的静重式安全阀工作平稳、性能可靠,符合劳动部门关于锅炉安全规范的要求,用于取代弹簧式安全阀和水封装置,能保证E级蒸汽锅炉安全运行。

Newly developed static heavy-duty safety valve work smoothly, reliable performance, in line with the requirements of the labor sector on boiler safety code, used to replace the spring-loaded safety valve and water seal, to ensure the safe operation of E-class steam boilers.
