鲨肝醇(1)为升白细胞药,用于防治因放射治疗、肿瘤化疗及苯中毒等引起的粒细胞减少症,临床应用广泛[1-3],偶发不良反应[4,5]。质量标准中的含量测定方法为容量分析法(即间接滴定法)[6],该法用氯仿提取,毒性较大,对应滴定液消耗量过小,误差较大。本研究建立了HPLC-ELSD法测定1,可克服上述缺点,结果准确,重复性好。1仪器与试药LC-10AT型高效液相色谱仪(日本Shimadzu公司);
Batyl alcohol (1) is a leukocyte drug for the prevention and treatment of neutropenia caused by radiation therapy, tumor chemotherapy and benzene poisoning. It has a wide range of clinical applications [1-3] and sporadic adverse reactions [4,5].
