在互联网+时代,随着社会各界档案用户对档案信息需求的增加,对档案信息服务水平提出了新的、更高的需求。本文旨在从档案用户需求的角度出发,选取合理的评价指标,构建基于用户的档案信息服务评价指标体系,并通过问卷调查搜集数据,分析档案用户在获取档案信息过程中存在的问题,分别从档案机构、档案工作人员、档案信息资源建设与开发三个方面提出了相应的对策,以提高我国档案用户的满意度。
In the era of Internet +, as the demand of archives information from archives users in all walks of society increases, the new and higher demand for the archival information service level has been put forward. The purpose of this paper is to select a reasonable evaluation index from the perspective of the needs of archives users and to build a user-based evaluation system of archival information service, and to collect data through questionnaires and analyze the existing problems of archives users in obtaining archives information. Archives agencies, archivists, file information resources construction and development of the three aspects of the corresponding countermeasures to improve our archives users satisfaction.
