抗菌肽具有抗菌谱广、热稳定性好、抗菌机制独特、不易产生耐药性等优点,有望成为抗生素最理想的替代品。然而,由于传统方法获得抗菌肽产量低、费时长、费用昂贵,无法实现大规模生产,这成为制约抗菌肽进入实际应用的最大障碍。因此,通过基因工程技术获得抗菌肽成为最为经济、科学的方法。现就抗菌肽的分类、作用机制及获取抗菌肽的方法等方面进行综述。
Antimicrobial peptides with broad antibacterial spectrum, good thermal stability, antibacterial mechanism is unique, not easy to produce resistance and other advantages, is expected to become the best alternative antibiotics. However, the traditional method to obtain antimicrobial peptides low yield, long time-consuming, expensive, unable to achieve large-scale production, which become the biggest obstacle to the practical application of antimicrobial peptides. Therefore, obtaining antimicrobial peptides through genetic engineering is the most economical and scientific method. Now on the classification of antimicrobial peptides, the mechanism of action and access to antimicrobial peptides and other aspects are reviewed.
