对甘薯淀粉生产废液采用7种不同的处理方法以提取甘薯蛋白。试验结果表明:经过超滤、碱提、添加菌液发酵至甘薯蛋白等电点pH值4.5可获得甘薯蛋白的最大提取率40.81%,此时所得蛋白纯度为67.26%;经过超滤、碱提、添加1mol/l盐酸至甘薯蛋白等电点pH值4.5得到甘薯蛋白的纯度最高为73.68%,此时蛋白的提取率为34.04%。
Seven different treatments were used to extract sweet potato protein from the waste water of sweet potato starch production. The results showed that the maximum extraction rate of sweet potato protein was 40.81% after fermented to the isoelectric point of sweet potato protein by ultrafiltration, alkaline extraction and addition of bacterial liquid. The purity of the obtained protein was 67.26%. After ultrafiltration, The highest purity of sweet potato protein was 73.68% when adding 1 mol / l hydrochloric acid to isoelectric point pH value of sweet potato protein of 4.5, the extraction rate of protein was 34.04%.
