为了研究激光冲击高应变率下2024铝合金表面的动态应力-应变特性,采用PVDF压电传感器和STSS-1应力检测模块对脉冲激光作用下2024铝合金表面的动态应变进行了测量,并对各自检测结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,2024铝合金在激光冲击高应变率作用下动态屈服强度与静力拉伸条件下静态屈服强度接近;在动态应变测量中PVDF压电传感器的响应与灵敏度均优于STSS-1应力检测模块,不仅可以有效应用于脉冲激光诱导材料表面动态应变的实时测量,还可以用于对STSS-1应力检测模块的检测结果进行修正,同时实验使用的2024铝合金的动态屈服强度在220 MPa左右。
In order to study the dynamic stress-strain characteristics of 2024 aluminum alloy under laser shock and high strain rate, the dynamic strain of 2024 aluminum alloy surface under pulsed laser was measured by PVDF piezoelectric sensor and STSS-1 stress detection module. Test results were compared. The results show that the dynamic yield strength of 2024 aluminum alloy under laser shock high strain rate is close to that of static yield stress. The response and sensitivity of PVDF piezoelectric sensor are better than that of STSS-1 in dynamic strain measurement Module can not only be applied to the real-time measurement of dynamic strain on the surface of pulsed laser-induced material, but also can be used to correct the test results of STSS-1 stress testing module. The dynamic yield strength of 2024 aluminum alloy used in experiment is about 220 MPa .
