在进行兔角膜深低温保存技术研究的基础上,将优选出的6种深低温保存方法应用于兔眼穿通性角膜移植动物实验。用深低温保存8～78天的兔角膜对47只兔眼做了穿通性角膜移植,术后3周植片透明为31/35,有17眼术后3个月、7眼术后10个月、4眼术后1年以上植片仍保持透明。结果表明,简易法深低温长期保存兔角膜可成功的用于穿通性角膜移植。
Based on the research on cryopreservation of rabbit cornea, six optimized cryopreservation methods were applied to animal experiments of penetrating keratoplasty in rabbit eyes. Perforated keratoplasty was performed in 47 rabbits with 8 to 78 days of rabbit cornea cryopreservation. At 3 weeks after transplantation, the thickness of the graft was 31/35, with 17 eyes 3 months after surgery and 10 eyes after 7 eyes Month, 4 eyes after operation more than 1 year remains transparent. The results show that simple method of cryopreservation of rabbit cornea can be successfully used for penetrating keratoplasty.
