微合金HSLA钢的研制、意义和前途 评述了Nb、V和Ti微合金化钢的性能研究和特定的应用范围。传统的微合金化钢含有C≤0.2%,而用微量添加剂来弥补其强度的不足。新钢种含有≤0.4%C。与热处理和形变热处理一样,微合金化在不损失其强度的条件下,可改善钢的工艺性能。钢的最低屈服强度为550OMPa。这类钢的前景与发展趋势应放在新的加工工艺和方法的研究及应用上。
Development, Significance and Future of Microalloyed HSLA Steels The properties of Nb, V and Ti microalloyed steels and their specific application are reviewed. The traditional microalloyed steel contains C ≤ 0.2%, and trace additives to make up for its lack of strength. The new steel contains ≤ 0.4% C. Like heat treatment and deformation heat treatment, microalloying improves the process performance of steel without losing its strength. The minimum yield strength of steel is 550OMPa. The prospect and development trend of such steel should be placed on the research and application of new processing techniques and methods.
