采用玻璃球对基于休止角原理的新型落球阀颗粒流动进行实验和离散单元法(DEM)模拟研究。实验结果表明,颗粒下落平均质量流量与落球阀开度表现出空行程、线性变化和孔口限流3段规律;Beverloo定律可用于多孔口颗粒流孔口限流段计算;颗粒平均质量流量随落球阀开度变化可由基于开度修正的Beverloo定律描述。DEM模拟结果表明,不同落球阀开度下,贮球罐内颗粒出流休止角均为23°。
Glass balls were used to conduct experiments and discrete element method (DEM) simulations on the particle flow of a new ball drop valve based on the angle of repose principle. The experimental results show that the average drop mass flow rate and falling ball valve opening show empty travel, linear variation and orifice flow restriction of three sections of law; Beverloo’s law can be used for multi-orifice particle flow orifice orifice flow section calculation; average particle mass flow rate Ball valve opening changes can be described based on Beverloo’s law of opening correction. The results of DEM simulation show that the exit angles of particles in the storage tank are all 23 ° under the different ball valve opening degrees.
