当前,广大函授教育工作者正在深入思考和探索的一个重要问题,就是如何在继续端正办学指导思想、控制办学规模的前提下,使党校的函授教学质量向更高的阶段发展,更具拓展性、规范性和操作性。笔者也愿就此问题与同行们进行探讨。
