老年教育是终身教育的重要组成部分,蓬勃兴起的老年大学已成为我国老年教育的成熟机构。本文作者认为,老年大学作为终身教育的一个教学机构,而不单纯是老年人文体活动的场所,有必要对其办学目标给予恰当界定,并且应在课程设置上,根据终身教育的要求有所调整。通过老年大学的教育与学习,在老年人中形成一个以较高标准要求自己、与时俱进、再现自身价值的群体,并让这个群体成为老年人正能量的引领者。
Elderly education is an important part of lifelong education. The booming old-age university has become a mature institution for the education of the aged in our country. The author believes that elder university, as a teaching institution for lifelong education, is not merely a place for the elderly to carry out sports activities. It is necessary to properly define the objectives of running a school and should be adjusted according to the requirements of life-long education . Through the education and study of older people’s universities, a group of elders is required to claim themselves with higher standards, keep pace with the times and show their values, and make this group a leader of positive energy for the elderly.
