自1990年2月至1991年5月,我们用前列腺素E_1(E_2)的衍生物Misoprostol(下称MI)治疗十二指肠溃疡111例,疗效满意,报告如下: 资料和方法一.病例选择:111例十二指肠溃疡均系用日本Olympus厂生产的GIF-XQ20检查确诊的十二指肠活动性溃疡。其中霜降样溃疡17例,多发性溃疡9例,溃疡直径3～12mm。按胃镜检查随机分MI组35例,雷尼替丁组(下称R组)39例及MI合用雷尼替丁组(下称MIR组)37例。男94例,女17例。年龄22
From February 1990 to May 1991, we treated 111 cases of duodenal ulcer with Misoprostol, a derivative of prostaglandin E_1 (E_2), and the results were satisfactory.
