有人说:班主任是学校里最苦的岗位。在班主任工作中,我感触颇深,有几分劳累,几许收获,我咀嚼过失败的苦涩,也品尝过成功的甘甜。经历过一次次心灵的历程,我认为做班主任老师是不乏味的、是充实的。一个好的集体,没有每个老师辛勤工作,没有领导的支持,没有同事的合作,没有家长和社会的密切配合,班主任就是再有本事,也难以发挥作用,所以我在班主任这个岗位上的一点一滴,也就是只做了班主任该做的工作。至于我管理班级,没有太多经验,在领导、老师的帮助下,刚有些头绪。今天主要从以下几个方面谈一谈我做班主任的一些做法和体会:
