我矿现有两个露天采场,为小型凹陷露天矿,年产矿石量均为6万吨,服务年限12~15年。平均年采剥总量分别为25及35万吨。开采深度为100~120米。露天底面积分别为80×30米~2及180×40米~2。矿石都是低品位磁铁矿,f=8~10。上盘岩石为角闪岩及大理岩,下盘岩石为角闪透辉岩及辉石岩,f=8~12。建矿初期,从剥离到采矿全部采用01-30型凿岩机打眼,浅孔爆破。当采用了一些机械装运设备后,小直径浅孔爆破就成了生产中的薄弱环节。它不仅占用人员多,爆破效率低,而且爆破次数频繁。
My mine has two open pit, a small open-pit mine, with an annual output of 60,000 tons of ore, service life of 12 to 15 years. The average annual total amount of stripping is 25 and 350,000 tons respectively. Mining depth of 100 to 120 meters. The area of the open air is 80 × 30 m ~ 2 and 180 × 40 m ~ 2, respectively. Ore are low-grade magnetite, f = 8 ~ 10. The upper rocks are amphibolite and marble, the lower rocks are hornblende and pyroxene, f = 8-12. Early construction, from stripping to mining all use 01-30 drilling machine drilling, shallow hole blasting. When using a number of mechanical shipping equipment, small diameter shallow hole blasting has become the production of the weak links. It not only occupy more personnel, blasting efficiency is low, and frequent blasting.
