目的分析研究高血压(EH)患者24 h动态血压(ABPM)变化的规律及临床意义。方法对100例高血压(EH)患者进行24 h ABPM,观察其昼夜变化规律。结果100例患者中杓型组25例,非杓型组58例,反杓型组17例。结论ABPM可确定高血压分型,指导临床用药。
Objective To analyze the regularity and clinical significance of 24 h ambulatory blood pressure (ABPM) in patients with essential hypertension (EH). Methods One hundred patients with hypertension (EH) were subjected to ABPM for 24 h, and their circadian changes were observed. Results Among the 100 patients, 25 were in the dipper group, 58 in the non-dipper group, and 17 in the anti-dipper group. Conclusion ABPM can determine the type of hypertension, to guide clinical medication.
