本文以降低机器噪声为目的,试验研究了曲柄式压力机在不同运转状态下的噪声特性.在运用自回归谱分析方法处理和分析机床原始状态的噪声信号和振动信号的基础上,明确了机床的激振源和噪声源.据此,提出了确定的降噪途径和措施,并在机床现有结构和制造的条件下,采用了减振降噪装置,从而有效地降低了机床的噪声.试验验证的结果表明,机床原始噪声谱中主要频率的噪声功率谱密度都得到了明显的抑制,机床的噪声量级也达到了我国现行锻压机床噪声标准中的一级品水平.
In this paper, the noise characteristics of crank press under different operating conditions are studied experimentally to reduce the machine noise.Based on the analysis and processing of the noise and vibration signals of the original state of machine tool by using autoreflection spectrum analysis method, Of the excitation source and noise source.Accordingly, the paper puts forward a certain way and measures of noise reduction, and in the existing structure and manufacturing conditions, the use of vibration and noise reduction device, thus effectively reducing the machine noise.
