用中红外光谱ATR方法对110例冻存,89例新鲜离体胃组织样品,80例新鲜胃镜样品进行研究,同时用中红外光纤法进行了6例在体原位的检测。对110例冻存样品,各项指标与病理检测结果的符合率平均可达到90%以上。新鲜离体与在体原位也大致同病理结果符合。为了研究地区差别,对杭州市第一医院消化科80例胃镜样品进行了光谱测定,根据病变程度可以看到相应的光谱变化。结果表明中红外光谱法用于各种胃炎等胃部疾病和恶性肿瘤的检测是一种有效方便的方法。
In the mid-infrared spectrum (ATR) method, 110 cases of cryo-preserved, 89 fresh gastric tissue samples and 80 cases of fresh gastroscope samples were studied. Six cases of in situ detection were performed by mid-infrared fiber method. On 110 frozen samples, the coincidence rate of each index and pathological test results can reach more than 90% on average. Fresh in vitro and in situ also roughly the same pathological findings. In order to study the regional differences, 80 cases of gastroscope samples from the Department of Gastroenterology, First Hospital of Hangzhou were measured spectrographically, and corresponding spectral changes were observed according to the degree of lesion. The results show that the mid-infrared spectroscopy for the detection of various gastritis and other stomach diseases and malignant tumors is an effective and convenient method.
