随着我国国民经济的持续高速增长,现代物流业已发展成为我国经济发展中的重要产业和新的经济增长点。物流业的蓬勃发展必然要求物流装备水平的相应提高,而物流装备当中最为重要的当属货运车辆,货运车辆是指在公路上进行货物运输的车辆,是实现“门到门”运输最普遍的形式。因此,货运车辆的发展水平直接影响着物流业的发展速度。然而,我国的大部分物流企业在物流用车的选择上缺乏科学性、规范性,物流用车理念相对比较落后,导致物流业“高成本、低效益”的现状。
