5月19日,上海市科技咨询协会在科学会堂召开“上海咨询业如何走向国际研讨会”。会上,十几位来自涉外咨询机构、咨询研究机构及政府部门的专家、学者和领导作了发言。大家在发言中提出,上海的咨询业走向国际的关键是规划总体化、立法国际化、人才复合化、竞争公平化及手段现代化。会议研讨的焦点问题有三个方面:一、建立健全法律法规立法的滞后是上海乃至全国咨询业继续发展并走向国际的一大障碍。与会者希望完善、明
