近年来,有关产品责任的案件频频出现,对社会造成了很大的影响,以致产品责任的归责原则倍受学术界的关注。我国并没有专门的产品责任法,对产品责任归责原则的规定主要体现在《民法通则》和《产品质量法》中,本文通过对法律经济学、侵权法的经济理论、产品责任的归责原则等方面研究成果的简述,希望能够对以后的学习及研究进程有所裨益。
