结核性脑膜炎(结脑)非典型病例近年逐渐增多,易误诊。现将我院儿科收治的1例结脑误诊为白血病的患儿报告如下。1.病历患儿万×,男,4岁,住院病历号870,于1987年9月2日入院。该患住院前3个月开始经常发热,体温多在38℃左右,伴头晕、乏力、间断性鼻衄。在当地公社卫生院多次治疗,曾肌注青霉素、链霉素10余天,静点钠盐青霉素5天,并口服复方新诺明、安乃近近7天。半月前病
Tuberculous meningitis (tuberculous meningitis) atypical cases gradually increased in recent years, easily misdiagnosed. Now in our hospital pediatric patients with tuberculosis misdiagnosed as leukemia in children reported as follows. 1. Medical records of children × ×, male, 4 years old, in-patient medical records 870, was admitted on September 2, 1987. The patient hospitalized in the first 3 months of regular fever, body temperature more than about 38 ℃, with dizziness, fatigue, intermittent epistaxis.
