将现代远程教育优秀的教育资源送到农村,进一步提高中小学教师的教学水平是我国教育工作急需解决的问题,是实现城乡教育均衡发展的重要工作。在广西依托网络学院、电大远程教育资源和网络远程教育,在农村中小学教师中开展继续教育工作,仍存在诸多问题,需要进一步分析并提出相应对策。
It is an urgent problem to be solved in our education to further improve the teaching level of primary and secondary school teachers by sending the excellent educational resources of modern distance education to rural areas and an important task in achieving the balanced development of urban and rural education. In Guangxi, relying on network colleges, TVU distance education resources and network distance education, carrying out continuing education among rural primary and secondary school teachers still has many problems and needs further analysis and corresponding countermeasures.
