采用菲律宾10个代表菌株和我国V型菌代表菌株在植株的分蘖初期和孕穗期人工接种,鉴定和评价近年选育的26个“绿色超级稻”品种(系)对白叶枯病的抗性。结果表明多数品种在分蘖初期和孕穗期对病菌的抗感水平相同,少数品种在孕穗期接种部分菌株后的病斑长度小于分蘖期。此外,新黄占、华201S-1和XF10450在分蘖初期和孕穗期接种10个菌株后的病斑长度均小于5 cm,具有高度的广谱抗性;其他品种对不同菌株的抗性水平不同,黄华占、旱优113、新两优3411和天优145对4~6个菌株表现抗病,旱优75、旱优715和009067对测试的10~11个菌株高度感病;其他品系对所有菌株表现中度感病或感病。
Ten representative strains of the Philippines and representative strains of V-type bacteria were inoculated artificially in the early tillering stage and the booting stage of the plant to identify and evaluate the resistance to bacterial blight of 26 “green super rice” varieties (lines) Sex. The results showed that most of the cultivars had the same level of resistance to pathogens at early tillering stage and booting stage. The lesion length of some cultivars after inoculation of some strains at booting stage was less than that at tillering stage. In addition, the lesion lengths of Xinhuangzhan, Hua 201S-1 and XF10450 were all less than 5 cm after inoculating 10 strains at early tillering stage and booting stage, and had a high degree of broad-spectrum resistance. The resistance of different varieties to different strains was different , Huanghuazhan, Haoyou 113, Xinliangyou 3411 and Tianyou 145 were resistant to 4 ~ 6 strains, and the tested ones were highly susceptible to 10 ~ 11 strains. Other strains were sensitive to all Strain showed moderate or susceptible disease.
