多产品生产企业是一个协同系统,对于有机食品厂商而言,其面临的是生产和需求具有关联的多产品、多需求类型顾客的定价问题。有机食品厂商的定价作为一个协同系统,系统内需协同的因素是具有共同成本、需求相似的多产品,以及不同需求特点的多顾客群体。厂商需要通过合理地运用系统协同定价思维来实现其总利润最大。本文在分析了有机食品、顾客需求特性的基础上,深入探讨了有机食品的系统协同定价策略,以及使有机食品厂商在满足顾客需求的基础上实现利润最大化。
A multi-product manufacturing enterprise is a collaborative system. For organic food manufacturers, it faces the pricing problem of multi-product and multi-demand type customers whose production and demand are related. As a collaborative system, the pricing of organic food manufacturers is a multi-customer group with common costs, multi-products with similar needs and different demand characteristics. Vendors need to maximize the total profit by using the system collaborative pricing thinking reasonably. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of organic food and customer demand, this paper discusses in depth the systematic collaborative pricing strategy of organic food and makes the organic food manufacturer realize the profit maximization on the basis of satisfying the customer’s demand.
