随着电力企业的快速发展,非常需要一支具有高素质的人才队伍,而在建设这支队伍的过程中,内训师队伍的建设就尤其重要。但目前大部分电力企业的内训师培训机制还不太完善,本文希望通过分析目前供电企业内训师的现状,提出一些可行性建议,从内训师的选拔、培训和制度这三方面着手进行研究,有针对性的分阶级、分层次的进行培训,帮助内训师提升水平,成为企业的名师。
With the rapid development of power enterprises, it is very necessary to have a contingent of highly qualified personnel. In building this team, the construction of the team of intern trainers is especially important. However, at present most of the electrician’s internal trainers training mechanism is not perfect. In this paper, we hope to put forward some feasible suggestions by analyzing the present status of the internal trainers in the power supply enterprises. From the three aspects of internal trainers selection, training and system Conduct research, targeted training at different levels and at different levels, and help internal trainers improve their skills and become the masters of enterprises.
