目的探析硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床效果。方法 60例妊娠高血压综合征患者作为研究对象,对其临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果治疗前后60例患者的平均动脉压、肌酐、尿素氮及尿酸比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上运用硫酸镁对妊娠高血压综合征患者进行治疗,不仅不良反应少、安全性高,在一定程度上还能增强治疗效果,提高胎儿生存质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate on pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. Methods Sixty patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension (Hypertension syndrome) were enrolled in this study. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The mean arterial pressure, creatinine, urea nitrogen and uric acid in 60 patients before and after treatment were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion Clinical application of magnesium sulfate in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome, not only less adverse reactions, high safety, to some extent, but also enhance the therapeutic effect and improve fetal quality of life.
