The newsletter The Philatelic Publicity Working Committee of the Second Session of the Working Party was held on February 21 at the Shanghai Post and Telecommunication Building Zijin Hall. Shanghai Postmaster General Wang Guanzuo took the time to attend the Municipal People’s Congress during the meeting and met with the leaders and representatives to meet and take a group photo. The meeting is to be held by the committee
