[目的 ]了解铝制容器烧制饮用水时铝的溶出程度 ,为提高饮用水质量提供参考依据。 [方法 ]选择已使用不同年限的铝制容器 ,按《饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》GB85 83- 1995进行铝溶出量检测。[结果 ]常温水样与铝容器接触一般不溶出铝 ,加热或持续加热均有利于金属铝迁溶于饮用水中 ,新铝容器尤其明显。 [结论 ]为提高饮用水质量 ,建议以不锈钢容器代替铝制容器烧制饮用水。
[Objective] To understand the elution degree of aluminum in firing aluminum drinking water containers and provide reference for improving drinking water quality. [Method] The aluminum containers which have been used for different years were selected and the aluminum dissolution test was carried out according to GB8583-1995 “Test Method for Drinking Natural Mineral Water”. [Result] The contact of water sample with aluminum container generally did not dissolve aluminum, and the heating or continuous heating was beneficial to the migration of metal aluminum into drinking water. The new aluminum container was especially obvious. [Conclusion] In order to improve the quality of drinking water, it is suggested to use stainless steel containers instead of aluminum containers for firing drinking water.
