大学生党员发展的质量与效率这一对矛盾,是近年出现在高校学生党员发展工作中的新课题,本文尝试以矛盾分析的方法,阐述大学生党员发展的质量、效率的内涵及各自的重要意义,强调发展程序的规范化是连接质量和效率的纽带。
The contradiction between the quality and efficiency of the development of college student party members is a new issue that appears in the development of student party members in colleges and universities in recent years. This paper attempts to explain the connotation of the quality and efficiency of college student party members and their respective significance by means of contradictory analysis. Emphasizing that the standardization of development processes is a link between quality and efficiency.
