本文比较了b型流感杆菌荚膜多糖(HibCPS)菌苗及其与破伤风类毒素结合的菌苗〔包括盐水制剂Hib-TT和Al(OH)_3吸附制剂Hib-TT ads〕的安全性、免疫原性和所产生抗体的免疫化学性质。试验在瑞典哥德堡市进行。85名18~23月龄健康幼儿参加了试验,其中男性39名,女性46名,随机分配在Hib CPS、Hib-TT和Hib-TT ads三组内,免疫剂量Hib CPS组25μg、Hib-TT和Hib-TT ads组Hib CPS含量均为15μg。采集免疫前和免疫后血清,用放射免疫试验(RIA)测定Hib CPS抗体水平,用ELISA分析抗体Ig类型和IgG亚类,
In this paper, we compared the safety of HibCPS-B vaccine and tetanus toxoid-containing bacterin [including Hib-TT and Al (OH) 3) Hib-TT ads, Immunogenicity and immunochemical properties of the antibodies produced. The test was conducted in Gothenburg, Sweden. Eighty-five healthy children aged 18 to 23 months participated in the study.
