在1980年～1995年16年中,共进行胃镜检查45207例,检出消化性溃疡5944例,其中复合性溃疡276例,胃型复合性溃疡20例,现作一回顾性分析。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:本组男17例,女3例。年龄30～72岁,平均55岁。经胃镜和(或)上消化道钡餐造影证实胃溃疡存在时间4～30年,平均19年,比十二指肠溃疡早2～16年,平均8年。有8例胃窦部内镜活检标本检查幽门螺杆菌尿素酶试验,均显示阳性。20例中有9例胃溃疡恶变,恶变者均行胃癌根治术,毕氏Ⅰ式6例,毕氏Ⅱ式2例,全胃切除1

There were 6 cases of Pitts Ⅰ, 2 cases of Pitts Ⅱ, total gastrectomy 1
