本文提出了利用“有效性分析”与试验作为系统鉴定的工具以及从中取得效益的例子;对用分析方法代替试验来减少隐患进行了讨论。利用以下三种措施使试验达到最佳:(1)将试验效用(test worth)同系统有效性联在一起;(2)选择能最大消除隐患的试验;(3)使用结构法(structured approach)安排试验。若使用得正确,“有效性分析”可对系统鉴定提供最佳的试验计划,从而减少试验费用,并使对进度的影响减至最小。
This paper presents examples of the use of “effectiveness analysis” and testing as systematic tools for identifying and obtaining benefits; and discussing the use of analytical methods to reduce risks in place of testing. Tests are best served by three measures: (1) combining the test worth with the effectiveness of the system; (2) selecting the test that will best eliminate the hazard; and (3) using the structured approach Arrange the test. When used correctly, Validity Analysis provides the best test plan for system qualification, reducing test costs and minimizing the impact on progress.
